  • Wholesale customers can see our current wholesale options on our wholesale ciders page

Please feel free to call us at (971) 704-2161 (or send an email) to confirm current availability. You can also view our Untappd page to see where Reveille ciders are currently being enjoyed elsewhere in the Pacific Northwest.

Baker Street

ABV: 7.0%
STYLE: Dry English pub cider
FERMENTATION PROFILE: British ale yeast
TASTING NOTES: Our latest dry English pub cider is the most profoundly beer-like cider we’ve ever made, thanks in part to a cooler extended fermentation period that utilized multiple yeast applications to play out the full range of its Golden Delicious profile. Like its cousin, King’s Cross, Baker Street pub cider is fermented with English ale yeast for a crisp, country pub finish, reminiscent of a London metro ale, albeit a big ale bite on this batch! Baker Street gets its name from one of London’s original Metro Railway tube stations (1864). Though rumor has it that the name may also pay homage to Gerry Rafferty’s amazing 1978 pop hit of the same name, which delivered the mother of all pop sax solos. Whatever the inspiration, you’ll enjoy this smooth beauty with sweet and savory dishes alike.
